- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆If I have to pay for a new card, why am I not allowed to keep the old one? Driver's license is a major accomplishment for some even if they never drive after passing the exam. Gave me a lot of trouble over the fact that my bank statement was a pdf that I showed on the Galaxy screen. Had a problem with a printed invoice which I brought to verify the address instead. Very biased employees. They use computers to do their work and take photos, but won't accept individual verification via the same medium. The good thing is that it's a lot roomier than the NYC DMV locations.By Luba B, February 10, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst DMV EVER. Never seen a place so unorganized. They didn't even have a person doing license renewals for over half hour. The line was building and they didn't care. Then the lady walked in with ice cream and I guess decided to work again. When I asked about the new text alerts I was told they weren't doing that today.
