Their call center sends you in circles, the agents that I've been graced with speaking to are either inept and unhelpful, OR callous and rude. Yet all the while...it's YOUR money that you are entitled to, seeing as how you worked for and earned it, but it's nigh impossible to ascertain it.By James Hooper, February 28, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Idk what the woman's name was that I just spoke with, but I've been trying to get through and speak to a rep on the unemployment hotline regarding paperwork I received for my unemployment benefits, and every time I call I get through the prompts, get a "sorry, but due to the high volume of calls we cannot take your call at this time, please try again later" and it hangs up. So I called here to try to get some answers, and this woman tells me that in the grand scheme of things, 3 days of trying is not that long, and if everyone could get around the prompts and through to someone they would. Like I don't know that... You need to better staff your call centers and your state offices, because the woman I just spoke to was downright rudeBy Sarah Marie, December 20, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After explaining that I have not gotten through to unemployment representatives the woman that answered the phone told me that after yet another week of trying to get though I should call her back and until then it was not her problem. What if a family needed these benefits to get by? The amount of blatant disrespect and rudeness of this woman was shocking and surprising for working at a government office. Other reviews on this same location have said the same thing and should be addressed at the appropriate level.By christopher wampler, December 14, 2016
