  They don't even deserve 1 star. I submitted my initial claim in May and still have an undetermined status. I was asked to submit forms they said were incomplete. They were not. I sent originals along with the requested forms and still nothing. Checking on line, I have a status of please call them but you don't get a hold option, so after going through the prompts, you just get disconnected. I have been through this for about a month now. Being a single mom, I had to borrow money to make ends meet until I got back to work. I need to repay the loan. This level of service is ludicrous and would not be acceptable for any business in the private sector. Something needs to be done to fix this.

  Went through all the prompts and waited to speak to someone then was disconnected due to high call volume. Did this several times with the same result. Terrible

  Absolutely awful. I have been waiting 4 months for my money to come in and nothing has arrived. All they do is send more and more paperwork, often repeating the same paperwork. No one ever answers the phone. I don't think they understand how damaging it is to someone's life. I am struggling to keep food on my table for my children, but this makes no difference to them.
